Best manual clutch

I'm looking at doing a transmission swap from auto to NV4500 and wondering which clutch to put in. Anyone have suggestions? Please see my sig for "performance mods" and I am looking for a clutch that will handle 350HP. Thanks for all your input in advance!

I've got a ceramic button clutch with around 370hp and around 875tq it holds well pulling 15,000 lbs. The downside is less than smooth engagement.
