Best mileage setting for Smarty S-06 POD?

My Smarty s-06 POD is arriving today and I'm wondering what the best setting on the Smarty would be for fuel mileage. I guess, which of the basic settings and/or the percentage of one of the base settings? I've got a stock 05 quad cab short bed 3. 73 48RE 4wd with 129K on it. Stock tires and wheels. Tonneau cover.

my smarty is set to #9 and timing advacned #4 but it does smoke on acceleration. i have used the lower setting but get lower mpgs but most of my driving is with the cruise set @65-70 and average 16-17 but my truck has a few mods and is really heavy. #4 timing will give you more injector rattle than you may like. and the torque management on mine is set on moderate. you will need to be easy on a stock auto. my mods should be in my signature and truck in picture gallery under megcab dually.
