Best place for filters and oil

Can anyone in the Tacoma,Puyallup area. Tell me where the best place to get oil,fuel,and gas filters is? I want to run fleet guard or a like filter. But I don't know of any place to get em. Iam comming up on my first oil change and want to get the stuff ahead of time. Thanks for any help.

I purchased the 4/2/1 kit from Geno's Garage. The kit includeds 4 fleetguard filters, two fuel filters and one air filter. This will keep you supplied for 30,000 miles. Check them out at http://www.genosgarage.com/.

Check out Wal-Mart or Costco for the engine oil.

I just purchased the oil (LF3894) $8. 54, and fuel (FS15979) $12. 94 at Cummins NW in Portland.

Cummins has location in Renton. 425. 235. 3440 for parts.

These were the best prices I could find anywhere.

Costco sells the Delo 400 15w40 oil for something like $33 for the 6 gallon case. Call it two oil changes.

Cummins NW in Renton charged me $5. 31 for the LF3935 oil filter and $15. 92 for the FS19528 fuel filter. This of course does not include tax. So, two oil changes and 1 fuel filter change will cost me $65 after tax. Not bad. Of course, someone will post that they got everything for cheaper! D'OH! #ad


I wish there was a simple way for the NW BOMBers to get together and buy stuff in bulk, such as oil and filters. But I can't think of a simple way to keep things equitable.
