I just purchased my second Vent Line fan complete with thermostat and rain sensor, same as Fantastic fan only half the price $130. 00 also has a removable screen for easy cleaning. Purchased my first one three years ago installed it in the bedroom of our 5er, this one is for the living room/kitchen area. Got it at the California RV show last week.
