TST Powermax 3 for towing.

I am thinking about purchasing a 5th wheel bunkhouse travel trailer in somewhere about the 32-35 foot range. I would like to purchase a fully removable 5th wheel hitch, the type where all the mounting brackets remain below the bed and the fith wheel sticks through the bed of the cab. When removed nothing remains in the bed. This allows the loading of sheetrock and plywood with no obstructions. Are there any warranty issues? Are there any hitches that avoid the warranty issues? I thought that I would pose the questions to the pros. Any suggestions?

Reese makes a removable 5th wheel system, not sure if its for a slider.

My buddy has the b&w, it looks nice.

Before you buy a 32-35' range 5er, see what pin weight you can handle with that megacab. I know the number is down from the quad cab.

My Titanium has a pin weight of just under 2000 lbs, I added rubber blocks to the overload spring perches and it rides level with the camper attached.

Reese signature series, they make a 18K unit dual pivot with a slide, when removed there is nothing in the bed, very nice hitch, single piece locking jaw. The signature series is a real step above the regular Reese stuff.

Thanks everybody for your responses. In researching the situation after having gotten feedback from all of you I believe that the safest way to tow a large 5th wheel TT the Megacab is with the automatic Pullrite slide setup. Its a lot of money but so are repairs on the truck if I ever have a problem with contact. Thanks to everyone for all the input.
