Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) BEST setup for drag racing?

I was wondering what whould be the best setup for drag racing: a large single turbo like an htt quick diesel 64, II SPS62 or a small set of twins which utilize the stock hx-35 along with maybe an HTB3.

Almost definetley no nitrous and one of the twins would be the stock hx-35

Are you going to do bracket racing or heads up? How many 1/4 passes do you expect to make in a year? What E. T. range are you shooting for?

I'd prefer heads up but most of the time its bracket, i dont make alot of passes in a year and im shooting for as low as possible wtih my mods... I just recently ordered an HTT quick diesel 64/14 and a smarty to put on along with my other mods... will this be a good setup?
