If it is only to move furniture with, then I would go with a cheaper trailer. There are many brands of trailers Pace, Haulmark, Timber Wolf, US Cargo just to name a few. All make good trailers and in several series which allow someone like yourself to buy a trailer with not so many options and features, to keep the cost down. I do not know how much furniture you need to move? But thinking typical move, I would think a 8' x 20' standard roof height, 36" side door, rear ramp door, with two 3500lb axles would be sufficient. This trailer up to a 24' long model is very popular and makes up the bulk of all trailer sales. They are very nice to load furniture in with the ramp door, and will have a good payload. Usually you can find these type trailers for under 4000. 00 new, and now is a great time to buy. There are many year end left overs to be had for a great price, and if you decide to sell the trailer after it's use, they are easy to sell.
There are a few Items that will add to the trailers value and make it more appealing to others for re-sale. Many manufacturers offer a longer front hitch, and also the option of a third member added to the hitch for strength. Most "car hauler" should have a 4' side door, anything smaller and it not useful to the racers . The trailer may only come standard with one axle brakes, two axle is much better.
Good luck.
