Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) best source for fass II

OK, stock lift pump number 4 is on its last leg at 94000, the in tank retrofit is not an option so i think i am going to go for the fass w/o the filters. Any reasons why i shouldn't? Can anybody recomend a good place to order one from?
