Competition htt sp66 vs. other large singles

Hello. I am building up my 3500 this winter to pull next year. Can you guys give your opinions on what tire I should run?? Thank you very much. Marc

out here in California we use micke thompsons and boggers. Switch back and forth depending on the track. It depends if your tracks are hard or soft... .

There is no "1" tire that is the best.

Alot depends on how your truck runs and how much money you want to spend on parts.

I would start out with an ALL Terrain 33" or 35" tire.

Then when you realize you need more tire then switch to a more aggressive unit.

u say 3500 ? , im assuming yr going to run the duallys ???? if so i run a 265/75 comes out to b around 10. 5 by 32 still fits good on the stock dually wheels ,i still have about 1 in between the dualls there called sport kings

What axle ratio you running?33's seem to work well with 3. 54's. 35's with the 4. 10 ratio.

those tires that Schieds run are awesome on a dually. Those big floatation tires would be awesome in the sand too.

Hello again... . I don't think those Shieds tires are legal in stock type class, sure would be nice though!!! My axle ratio is 3:54 and kinda figured on 33's or such. . I know this is off the original subject... I know I am going to need ladder/traction bars, can anyone steer me in the right direction... I will build them myself, just never have done any of them before. . I still want to be able to haul things in my truck, My truck does its share of hauling things around the farm..... Thank you, Marc
