Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) best turbo and best twin turbo combo?

hi guys

thanks for all the great info. i'm looking to add a new turbo and/or twin turbos to my 97 12v auto for towing and i don't want any surging at all. whats the best single turbo to go with and whats the best twin turbo set up to go with? so many to chose from and they cost so much so just what to get the best set up.

if your below 525hp the BD twin set is very hard to beat for towing.

if you stay under 500hp, BD towing twins will work well and can be purchased in "steps". I think they are a 57/65/14 over a 66/65/16 pair of S300s.

the bottom turbo is a 66/71 with a 1. 32 housing which works out to about a "23cm"



and yes, they are a great towing setup. there is a set of BD tow twins for sale on competitiondiesel right now
