I installed a set yesterday at the campground and was very impressed! took about 45 mins to do both sides and what a difference they make! it sure is nice to see what is in the next lane before you are halfway into it towing 30+ feet.

they are basically the same as lucerix/x-mount and cipa. the best deal I found was from Jim's Offroad http://www.jimsoffroadwarehouse.com/part_detail.asp?PartNo=73622-01

They arrived 4 days after I ordered them with regular shipping.

if anyone is interested in a pair of stock heated electric let me know. https://www.turbodieselregister.com...act_match=on&query=retrieval&show_temp_ads=on

cheers,

The only problem with stylinconcepts (I bought mine there) is there shipping/handling is absolutely outrageous!! Especially if you get anything other than standard ground. This extra fee brings them closer to the price of Genos. When I bought mine, Genos had them back ordered and I wanted them for a long trip I was going on. Another thing that made me crazy is it took them a full business week to even get them shipped out. All in all it took over 2 weeks to get. Will never do business with them again. Like to browse their catalog though... have some neat schtuff.

Johnrv4: How do you like the blind spot mirrors that came with them? I've had my mirrors for about 2 months and I haven't installed the blind spot mirrors yet. I'm holding off because I thought I could do better and I didn't want to have to peel them off. I've pretty much been putting it off this whole time and I think my wife's pretty tempted to sell them on Ebay to get them off the table...

I installed Cipa towing mirror on my truck and I like the visibility with them. Only thing I don't like on them is they shake to much. Did somebody have same problem ? I was thinking maybe this blind spot mirror which go with it are doing the problem.

Any thought on that ?

M

Mine shake like a dog $hittting nails and I don't have the blind spot mirrors installed yet. It's funny, they tend to shake less when they're extended. . .

Mine don't seem to shake bad at all... The blindspot mirrors seem to work OK(much better than not having them at all). I found another site that has them even cheaper: www.acmetruckparts.com They are listed as Bestop mirrors, but look identical.
