Sure they do Cal Trans does maintenance paints something like road signs, I think?

If you are one of the 700,000 people who left California you should give the state a going away present.

Go back on Election Day, or at the very least ask for a mail in ballot, and vote 100% Republican ( conservative).

If nothing else check to see if if your name is still listed as being able vote in the California elections, and see if someone else has been voting in your absence.

Not too long ago met up with a long time friend for coffee..( not Starbucks ) I got there early and looking out the window I see a Prius pull in and out climbs my friend a retired Marine Gunnery Sergeant. He walks in; all 200 plus pounds, high and tight, tats' and rolled up sleeves. I couldn't help but laugh, a little. His comment, "Don't start on me airdale it's a loner.
