SRT-6

My 92 D350 with a automatic and 3. 54's is only getting 13. 5 to 14 mpg all around. It is completely stock. Does anyone have any suggestions on improving mileage?
 
Some suggestions, air cleaner, pump timing, and/or turn up the pump. Could also be a problem with aerodynamics. Do you have a big cap?
