Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Better Turbo??

I have been looking at turbos and wonder which one you guys think are superior to the other. I have been looking at the HTB2 and the Phat Shaft turbos. If you have them side by side both with 64mm housings, which one would be the better turbo in the end?

The II in the 64 is a little better turbo, has some work on the exhaust side, but it has a little higher price too.
