I recently purchased exhaust tips from them. They did not have the ones in stock that I ordered, so they just sent any old ones they felt like. When I called them for a refund they told me they're not going to refund my shipping fees, which means I'm out about $30. So, unless you don't care what you're going to receive from them, don't buy from them!

Their customer service was also deplorable, it's impossible to speak to a person. They just keep dumping you into voicemail.

Yes I did and I am disputing it. It just sucks that it will take a while.

WOW! that sucks!! I have bought alot of gauges from them (not in a while though) and they have always been great to deal with and seemed like the cheapest I could find.

I've always told customers, you can SERVICE, PRICE, and QUALITY..... but only 2, which do you wish to have... .

We've made mistakes in the past, and if its our mistake we take care of the freight both ways... but we've had some customers want something we don't suggest or we feel will fit... . in those cases the product is 100% returnable in a condition we can offer for sale. . but freight charges are not.....

I feel your pain having a problem returning some shocks I ordered I told the place the part # and they still sent wrong ones, at least they are taking care of the shipping on everything just seems like a lot of messing around,wish their was a local shop nearby but i live out in the boonies.

I agree with Jelag, we do the same thing, we dont sell junk so we do service and price, but the best price doesnt guarantee the top service level you would expect. Chad UDP
