Competition Big Brother Housing size

What size exhaust housing do you guys run with the Big Brother in your twin setups? 1. 15 a/r or 1. 45 a/r. Thanks for any input.

I wasnt aware that there were 2 different sized exhaust housings for that turbo. Where did you get them from, if you dont mind me asking?

1. 45 on mine till I tried to upgrade the compressor wheel and run the smaller one but it went BOOM, Nothing to do with the housing! All depends on the fueling level.

I got my 1. 15 housing from Columbus Diesel Supply. I think Im going to switch to the 1. 45 since im not going to run and external wastegate. Jim, did you notice that much faster spoolup with the smaller housing?

More boost in that application... ... . about 10 psi more!

Never got to check it but along with that housing I added an external gate... ... . I don't mind doing stuff like that if soemone else is paying the bill.
