hello all
I purchased the Vulcan big line kit I have the lift pump ready to go had every thing laid out and ready to go.
I Was looking at the place to run the hose and preview the installation of the fittings and I noticed that the fittings that will replace the banjos on the filter Housing are straight, both of the filter banjos are on the top of the filter housing. This would put the hose going to the Relocated pump reversing in a 180 degree direction, that goes back down to the frame rail. The same would be said about the filter out banjo That goes to the injection pump once again this hose would be reversing between 120 degrees and 180 degrees in both cases this would Cause the rubber hose to kink.
have any other vulcan kit installers had the same thing and if so how did you fix this
In good conscience I can not install these fittings that would cause such an exaggerated angle on the hose.
will AN fittings that have a 90 degree radius work better
any suggestions
thanking every one in advance
