Competition BIG SHOWME Pull ???

We need some info from everyone. Some of us ShowMeSmokers have got the idea of having a pull on 9/11/04 we've got some backing $$(looking for more) and a sled (MEAN GREEN) and a track(Union, MO). Please let us know any sugesstions or interest in this event. We talked to the BIG 3 (EEP, Hasily, Shields) if there was enough funds (working on that)they will be there. What do you think? The Show-Me Showdown. JWilliams Muncie tape has one of your pulls on it as well as the silver truck and the 1st gen truck that pulled at Owensville. If things work out I will be there and be pulling as well.

I like the sound of the Show-Me Showdown. I would definitely be there. I wouldn't be pulling but I would be watching. I could probably spread the word about it around my area(Jeff City) and get quite a few people there. It's only about an hour away. If you are needing some more backing money, you might talk to Capital City Diesel here in Jeff City. They are some really nice guys and might be interested. Let me know if I can be of some help to you guys.



BTW, Jeremy, how's your truck doing after your clutch problems at Muncie? I went over to talk to you in the parking lot across from Lee's Inn after the pulls Saturday night but you looked pretty busy. Are all you guys planning on going to Scheid's?

I know a few people in St. Louis that would love to attend. I have marked my calender. Would like to pull but it is my daily driver and the wife would have fit. Would love to watch though.

Ok showme guys. Rand mcnally says there is TWO union, mo. Which one is it? The one one the east coast of missouri I assume?



One is 4. 5 hrs away and the other is almost 6.

show-me pull

its about an 8hour drive for me but i've went farther than that for pulls keep us posted as to how things unfold.

I would be intrested in going, i have never entered a pull and am currently saving for a transmission up grade(DTT) so hopefully by then i should be set to give it a try.

The Springfield area has Bailey's diesel in Nixa , Ferguson's Diesel Performance, and Northeast Diesel Performance that might contribute.

I will defenitly be there from Salina, I got family in Union so that gives me a great excuse to come out, and I will more than likely bring my truck for the street class, so add one there.
