Mikes Custom Trucks in Northwood ND is having an even bigger event planned this year.



A 2 day event April 26 and 27. Saturday the 26th is the annual Dyno day.



Sunday the 27th of April will be a Sled Pull.

Great event to attend.....

Thanks for getting this posted Bill. I told John I would get something on here and then was tied up this weekend.



We will make sure to have a plan to deal with as many dyno runs as possible. Might have to start earlier in the day. I will visit with Mike and John to see want we can do. Based on our last event at Mikes, we hate to turn anyone down that wants to dyno.



Mike has wanted to include a truck pull with this event for a couple years now. If we have a normal spring and it decides to not be to wet that weekend, we should be OK with the weather.



Spread to word to the non-computer types about this event. It is all brands as always.

Just some additional info on costs.



Mike is again providing a discount on the dyno runs for this event with a cost of $40. This is on a in-floor DynoJet rated for 1500 hp and 1500 tq. Mike has lots of experience running diesel pickups of all makes on his dyno.



Hook fees for the truck pull will be $10.

Special Hotel rates

Here's the deal guys,



To get the $89 a night rate at the Farifield Inn in Grand Forks, you must make your reservations after March 13th and before April 11.



After April 11th the rooms that have been reserved will be released and not ours anymore.



You can choose to stay Friday and Saturday night, or just Saturday night.

Update......

Chassis Dyno action will kick off around 9:00 AM on Saturday morning.

$40 for a hook up and the 2-3 runs it takes to get horsepower and torque numbers. If you want to make changes (fast changes) it will be another $25 per run. Attendance is free as in the past!



On Sunday, pulling is scheduled to start around 1:00 PM to allow enough time to get the grounds set up. There will be a attendance fee of $10 a head to help with expenses. If you want to pull your truck, the $10 also pays your first run on the track.



A local concession wagon will be on site all weekend.



The gravel lot is wide open for camping Friday & Saturday evenings.
