Does anyone know how well these travel trailers insulate in extremely cold weather and how durable are they. I am wanting to upgrade from my 20ft Arctic Fox. Thanks, Mike
I owned both an AF and BF truck camper and feel the quality on the BF was much better. The BF's are insulated very well and with the dual pane windows are probably the best for cold weather.
My only complaint with the BF was some minor spiderweb cracks in the gel coat. I don't think it compromised any structural integrity, but I didn't like to see it on a $20k+ camper.
All I know is that up here you see a heck of a lot of 20 year old Bigfoot trailers that seem to be in a lot better shape than most 10 year olds of other brands.
Iv'e only looked at them casually but they seem to have the best cold weather set-up going in a non Truck camper.
