is there someplace i can get bigger fittings in a pipe fitting for my 12 valve. i want to run either 3/8 or1/2 inch lines complete. the fittings on the filter housing and the injecter pump andi also took out the out line on the fuel pump. its some kind of bubble fitting, can i put something else in there?i have a mechinacle fuel pressure gauge between pump and filter it has 29psi with a little pulsating now. . but after i relocated my fuel filter the lines are jumping up and down. i am afraid of vibration and a leak. i want to run hydraulic lines with pipe fittings. thank in advance

When the 2nd generation trucks came out, Dodge had a kit to upgrade the size of the hoses. Let me dig up my info and report back.

Do a search on "snubber" and that should help or stop the pulsating on the gauge.

I use a needle valve and I crank it down till the gauge smooths out.

I am not coming up with the article that I was talking about. If you want to call Diesel Injection at 724-360-4080 and see if they have the kit or part # you need. I will keep searching until I hear that you found it.

I had a remote mounted fuel filter too. I was getting a heavy fuel pressure gauge pulsing also. I had TST's snubber on it too. I was going to plumb a water hammer arrestor into the system. I was looking into the ones that have a rubber diaphram and you pressurise w/ 60 psi of air.

Watts 150A Water Hammer Arrestor

Took off the remote and fuel pressure guage didn't have any more pulsation problems. I think the added flexable (vs. hardline) lines were the cause.

I dunno
