just bought a 2008 dually 4x4 laramie mega cab,4. 10 rears. the stock tires are tiny, what is the biggest i can run on the stock wheels.

i've read a LOT of posts where folks are having good luck with 35s with no lift, and 37s with about a 3 inch lift with minimal rub issues. both tires 12. 5inches wide.

I am running 37x13. 50's very successfully with my 3" Carli dominator system. 35x12,50 will fit on a stock height truck with the stock wheels

i'm not sure i understand "hitting together" but 35/12. 5s look great and don't rub like bob stated.

there is a member, jbonpua, send him a note. he just recently put big tires on his stock suspension/wheels. i can't remember if they were 35s or 37s... . i think 37s. but it looked nice and if there are issues he'll tell you.

Well my TOYO 35's rub on the front, I had to put on a 2" lev kit. I am going with 315's when the 35's go bald and I will take off the 135. 00 cost 2" lev kit. I had to take off the mud flap on the front with the 2" lev kit and the 35's and they still rub on a tight turn and hit a bump. So still with the 2" lev kit and 35x12. 50x17 on American Eagle 9" x 17" rims, still hit a little, just don't go hitting a bump on tight turns and everything is ok. did this help? Everything else is stock on my truck, ok I have the 6. 7 eng, is that more on the front?

thank you jeff this is the answer i was looking for. i think i was misunderstood. i know there has to be space in between the rear tires,i just didnt know what would fit to keep this space safe. i heard the tires can blowout if they rub together

How about this 3rd GEN DRW w/35's ?

2005 Dodge RAM 3500 Quad Cab DRW 4x4 CTD LT35x12. 50R17 Cooper Discoverer STT's and single rear wheels on front, dually wheels on rear, 2" spacers.
