Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Bigger turbo housing?

I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find a 16cm housing for a '97 HX35. Who makes them and which are the best? how difficult is it to make the swap, any special tools needed? Thank you.

Should be able to get them at Cummins, you also could get hold of Piers at Peak Performance Diesel you will have to look at your back issues to get his phone no.
