Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Billet fuel filter cap

Does anyone know for sure if the fuel pressure port on the Geno's billeted fuel filter cap is Pre or Post filter. Another thread had conflicting answers.

I installed one and get these reading with an electric gauge-

Idle 11, cruise 8, WOT 7. These would probably be OK for post filter.

Like I wrote in the other thread, I'm at 15 idle, 13-14 cruise, and can't get it below 11. That is with the billet cap, Westach FP gauge kit, and new lift pump. You may need a new lift pump.
