Well, after 6 hrs. and 2 trips to town Sat. I thought I'd post this to save someone else the aggravation on installation of Bilstein front shocks. An earlier thread posted the size of the bolts/nuts to remove the old shocks, but I don't think it mentioned what it takes to install the Bilsteins. To tighten the top of the Bilstein fronts, you will need a 19mm closed end wrench ( a socket will not work) and a 6 mm metric Allen wrench. The 6mm holds the 'rod' from spinning while you tighten the nut w/ the 19mm. If someone needs more info re: sizes and tips, let me know and I"ll post the whole ordeal!

I just installed the Kore leveling springs blistein shocks and drop brakets for the sway bar and it rides very nice. My old shocks were hammered after 104,xxx miles ;)

The ride is noticeably better. The stock front shocks were completely shot at 30k miles. Could compress them easily by hand. The rears were a bit better, but nowhere near the resistance of the Bilsteins.
