OK, the search part of this site is either down or really sucks. I did several searches for bilstein shocks, and none of the results posted a number. So you number junkies out there, what is the correct p/n for a 91 D350 (2wd)? I want to go to AutoZone, at al, armed with the correct part number in case they try to sell me the wrong part, or a less heavy duty part. I am in the do-it-cheapest-possible captiol of the world, so unless I go to the store with the exact part number of what I want, I will most likely get the cheapest thing possible, or less than what i want. I know, it sounds ironic, wanting to put good stuff on an old jalopy like mine, but I figure if I can soften the harshness out of the ride, it might make my next radiator last longer. Or I could just go whip the "operator"/ pot smoker of the local road grader, get thrown in jail again, and save the wear and tear on my pickup that way... .....

I found a couple threads that may help, hopefully ... .

check here

and here

What the hell, good read

here

A little info about the sleeves here

These links may not help at all but I tried for ya man. I don't know what you know about bilsteins, but I know nothing and came across some good reads so I thought I'd add em in there. Sorry if it's a pile of stuff you already knew...

Daniel,

From the AutoZone website:

Bilstein front shock BE5-2514 $59. 99 ea.

Bilstein rear shock BE5-2504 $69. 99 ea.

I ordered mine online and with no special shipping, they sent them to my front door for no charge. Otherwise I'd have to drive 25 miles to pay for them, before they'd even order them.

I've been very satisfied with mine.

Thanks guys. I'll see what this payday holds in store for me. 1 day of rain, and tomorrow dont look too promising.
