Just bought new Bilsteins for my 2002 2500QC 4X4. Never installed gas shocks before. Any installation tips would be welcomed. Particlularly concerned with how I get them to the right length. Can they be installed without jacking the truck? Thanks for any/all advice!
 
Look at the instructions. Usually gas charged shocks come with straps that hold the length then once in you cut the straps and pull them out. They are not so stiff that they can't be compressed if you need to, just use a rag to protect the prybar from scratching anything. Enjoy the ride . . .
