bilstein shocks on "lowered" truck?

I have milled 1 1/2" off the stock rear blocks to give me some room for the 5th wheel. Anyone know if Bilstein shocks wil bottom out with this config? I have Rancho adjustables right now & the adjuster if frozen on one of them - they also haven't weathered any where near as well as the Bilsteins I have in the front.
