Well I finally bit the bullet and bought 4 new Bilsteins. eshocks makes the bullet a little softer though... . $215 all the way around with free shipping!

I ordered the yellow and blue just yesterday. I still have a motor and transmission to rebuild but my goal is to have them all done by the end of this month. It'll be 6 months without my CTD..... been a long winter!

I have the Yellow/Blue ones on my truck for at least 30,000 miles. Love them and they have a life time warranty, not sure if that is for the shocks or driver!:D

did you guys get a technical explanation in what the diff is between the yellow ones and the silver one's??? I see Geno's says the silver ones are suggested for a 2" leveling kit... wondering if they are valved the same?? but just a tad longer in the front?.

Hey Cowboy... where did you get them at that price with shipping?. . I need a set and that beats Geno's price by along ways.

Thnx B.

found the yellows on ebay for 220 shipped, I sent him a message asking about the silver ones. I will pass along what he says.

I went to eshocks.com. They are have a special and they advertise on here too.

According to Geno's, the yellow and blue are for GVW over 8400 lbs. My sticker says 8800 GVW.

i have the (Zinc) coated "silver" 5100's and they are for the 2 inch level kit . i just got em on and these things rock you guys, you couldnt ask for a better company to go with. seems like i've had em all on my recent cars and trucks, QA1 - rancho's nothing feels like these do.
