I read somewhere that the 03s and up had problems with a senser while using bio. Also pre 94 could have problems with seals in the fuel system.

I haven't heard of any problems with pre-94 burning bio. However since I was using B100, it did clean out my fuel system. I changed the filter and no problems there after.

The # beside the "B" is the percent of Bio in the mix of #2 diesel. Example... . B20 is 20% Bio with 80% #2 diesel. Clear as mud?

I looked at a station here in SLC.

# 2 was at the time..... $2. 75

B-2 was ... ... $2. 73

B-20 was ... . $2. 68

and B-100 sold in containers was ... $2. 73

In a once in a while cleaning of the tank and fuel system the B-20 would be good but not worth the extra problems of filters..... Thats why I am looking at the Diesel secret meathod

Is that true about the pre-94's?

I read this on a bio diesel site. Can't remember which one. The reason given was the seals would deteriorate and fail in a short period of time. They can be upgraded. The seals in the post 94 are made of a different composition of material
