Common Biodiesel Blends ie B5 to B100

Calif.Dept of Food and Ag UCO transporter's permit

Is there anyone out there running B50 or more that is also adding motor oil to it? I'm doing it with B50 and above all the way to B100-and it sure is smoky-but have PODS and I';m turned way up and timing advanced way up also-just wondering-anyone else out there!

I'm wondering why you are adding used motor oil to BioDiesel. I had POD's on my 90 and they would only smoke if you stood on it or lugged it. I would imagine it would have smoked less if I had been using any BioDiesel.

You might be the first I've heard of getting rid of used motor oil in your fuel tank. I just take it back to the store.

I always burn mine, why give free fuel away. I don't burn it unless it's warmer weather and/or I'm taking a road trip. I limit it to 2 gallons at a fillup, and never notice any increase in smoke. I did this on my '01 HO, my '03 and my '96.
