2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Black Hotshot on it's Side

Coming back from DTT today, I say a black 2nd Gen Hotshot dually on it's side in the ditch on Guide Meridian North of Bellingham, Wa. Dumped his cars off onto the grass next to the road. SNOKING
