The local off-road, performance shop has some blem wheels for a pretty good deal. A guy at church got some AE 589's 16x10 8-lug center caps and lug nuts for 325 bucks! The only thing wrong is the bullet holes aren't polished. I'd really like to get some but don't know what backspacing or nuthin, I need 16x8 for 285's but don't know the info? Any help appreciated.

Thanks, Steve

From looking at your sig. it looks like you maybe haul some

weight. On aftermarket wheels, you want to make sure

that they have at least as heavy a weight rating as the oems.

Yeah I know, I just checked: AE 058 16x8, 8 on 6. 5 = 3420 lbs

I read in some archives that proper backspacing was 4 or 4 1/2 inches and 0 offset. Them 16x8's have 4" backspacing but the offset is 11mm?? I'm going to check on some Alcoas.
