Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Blew a gasket--where can I get another one?

A few weeks ago I removed the old filter head from my '97 Cummins truck (I installed a Prime-loc filter, and ran the fuel lines directly to it). I didn't realize that the two bolts that held the filter head also bolt part of the intake manifold to the block. Two days ago I was driving up a very steep hill and I heard "pssst" and the "woosh. " When I got to my destination I tracked the noise down to the missing bolts--a piece of gasket had blown out and was allowing boost air to escape. Where can I get a new gasket?

Autozone lists an intake manifold gasket for $6. 99. Cummins Cal Pacific has many locations in SoCal.
