This model year the turn signal flasher and the 4 way flasher are the same. Last time I needed to replace one it was a dealer only item at about $35. 00. Also make sure the 4 way flasher button on the steering column is pushed down. If the 4 ways work and the turn signals do not work then it is the flasher.

when the blinkers do not work neither do the flashers the funny thing is somtimes they work somtimes they dont i dont get it

Mine did the same thing. Do your brake lights work? My turn signals, hazards, and brake lights didn't work. Turned out my hazard switch was pushed in, causing all to quit working. Push the hazard switch, if it's like mine, the turn signals and brake lights with work, but not the hazards. Just buy a new flasher module to cure all. Hope this works!

Check to be sure that both flashers are in tightly. Some will loosen up, but look OK, after driving on rough roads.

beast pull the flasher out and open it by pulling the plastic cover off. the solder joints go bad on these flashers and a 2 second touch with a soldering iron will fix this. . I know this because noone could figure mine out either and it wasnt untill I left the turn signals on while pushing on the flasher and it would go on and off... thats how I found the problem. hope this helps.

I'm having a problem with the turn signals working sometimes and staying on comstant at other times. When they are on constant I can get them to blink again by turning them on and off. I tried replacing the flasher with a NAPA unit but it did not illuminate the turn signals at all. I checked with Dodge but they want $45 for a replacement. Is this the only option? Or are there other suppliers?

A good while back, I lost my hazards, then blinker. I was at a dealer for something else so I ask one of the mech. about it. He say the hazard switch on the column was prone to get some corrosion. He recommended I just rapidly switch the hazards on and off a dozen or so times. It worked. Blinkers started working and still do. This was years ago. The hazards never worked again, but the blinkers are going strong.

read this post and yesterday stopped at a Dodge dealer and bought the flasher, my blinker worked with the flasher pressed in but I never had any emergency flashers, $43, a new flasher and all works like new, this kind of fix is what I love about TDR
