Is this the block heater on a 6. 7 its behind the oil filter and slightly lower?

Pic is pretty small, hard to see...

But, unless thats a cap over the connection, thats not it.

Connector has a recessed 2-pin orientation, like this

The block heater -is- pretty close to the oil filter, and below it.

Looks like maybe an oil pressure sensor.

Looks almost like a ground wire??? with a clip for the wiring harness????????

Changed the oil yesterday, and took a look from the bottom up. That pic is a bolt, and the white plastic looks to be some sort of protection over the bolt, maybe to protect the intake piping... My block heater was about 10" above the bolt, just slightly below the top of the oil filter, and to the rear.
