Mine comes out between the headlight and the grille and rests on top of the bumper. When not in use I push it back under the trim piece leaving only the cover portion exposed. Works pretty good, it will move around a little bit if you go over the speed limit #ad

Ditto: Dave! I leave it right where is was routed when assembled. Don't drive fast enugh to have it move around.

Have an Espar heater I removed from the 97 but have not contacted the company for the parts I need for the "01". Would use it in place of the heater.
