2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission 4WD Actuator…

2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Towing over recommended weight

Reaching out to all you knowledgeable people who still get your hands dirty.
I drive a 95 Ram extended cab 4wd. It has a 5.9 Cummins and three pedals. She ain't pretty to everyone but I will never give it up.
This spring I removed the dash and installed a new Evap. coil and heater core. Lots of pine needles, leaves, dirt Etc. in the box. I was hoping to get more airflow from the A/C after I cleaned that out and sealed the box.
It's been closer to hell here in Nor Cal than it usually is. Just +100 degree days for two months and moderately humid.
A/C is blowing cold, all the different settings work I'm just not getting enough wind coming out of the vents. Anyone had and fixed this issue? I can't seem to locate a high RPM blower motor. Is a step up in voltage possible?
Thanks for reading and thanks in advance for any insights.
Gary

I source my OEM blower motors at u-pull-it yards where there are plenty of 1500s laid to rest and can be had for about $10. It's too late now, but the foam seals inside the HVAC case probably needed to be replaced. I did mine last summer when the evap was replaced and it made a difference.

Thank You. I did all the foam strip inside as I am a former AC installer I remembered how low the flow was. I ordered an OEM Fan. Pricey compared to Amazon but it's my only car. I also bought a $20 voltage step up unit. I'm gonna put it on the old fan this evening when it stops being 98 outside.
