Blower motor and noise

I just replaced the blower motor and the dealer fixed the electrical prblems with the ignition relay switch burning up. Now there is a loud noise from the airflow. Almost like a whine. R & R the blower motor thinking i might have gotton a bad one but it still does it and there are pieces of foam showing up on the dash and coming out the air vents. Where is the foam coming from and how do you fix it. Can't afford the dealer to look at it. It all works fine just the noise is bad

The foam is from the A/C ducting. I don't know if its purpose is to muffle sound or to provide resistance in order to balance the system flow but it's blowing out of the vents on my truck also.

Yep, I know it's from a/c ducting. Sounds like an air leak underneath the dash. Like when you barely have a window open. How about it technicians any word on where to start without tearing the dash apart???????
