blower motor only has 2 speeds?

the blower motor on my 04. 5 only has the high two speeds. the two lowest speeds do not work. all other heater/ac controls work fine. anyone have any ideas?

I would say our Blower motor resistor has craped out on you,,,, Time to head back to your local dealer, seeing your from southern ohio i hope your not going to taylors, if your out of warranty and need a hand feel free to get ahold of me I can give you a hand.

where is the blower motor resistor? i assume it is what the switch attaches to behind the dash panel. and how can i test it? thanks for the info.

2005 service manual said:
BLOWER MOTOR RESISTOR

1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.

2. Disconnect the wire harness connector from the blower motor resistor (Refer to 24 - HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING/

CONTROLS/RESISTOR-BLOWER MOTOR - REMOVAL).

3. Using an ohmmeter, check for continuity between all of the blower motor resistor terminals. In each case there

should be continuity. If OK, repair the wire harness circuits between the blower motor switch and the blower

motor resistor or blower motor as required. If not OK, replace the faulty blower motor resistor.
