living in los angeles, the home of the yuppy enviromentalist i try not to abuse the black cloud unless deeply warrented. so i am on my way home from work going by one of those she she restaurants that happen to cater to people who have more money then brains when all of a sudden 10 guys with cameras surround a farrari with some guy sitting in it. these shmos are in the middle of the street blocking traffic at 5 o clock. i lay on the horn and they dont budge, so i creep forward with the sound of 4 inch straight pipes while putting the box on 5-5,slowly they move to the side. but they do it with a look of disgust , like i am being inconvenent to there needs.

now i have them between the passenger side of the truck and a farrari, i inch forward untill the exhaust pipe is right in the middle of this crowd of yahoos and i proceed to power brake and puke retched black smoke all over there designer jeans and 100 doller t shirts. i let the smoke fly for probably 15 seconds before i backoff and proceed about my travels home.

as for the guy in the farrari i apologize, he did nothing to me but got cought in the crossfire.

this was my proudest black cloud moment.

That reminds me of a great smoke out!

I'm about to make a right turn. I stopped at the light to check the crosswalk to my right.

What did I see?

About 10 protesters with sign's saying stuff like "Stop Bush", "No War for oil", stuff like that!

Mind you my rig is a 97. # 10 plate with 370's and a very loose AFC unit.

In other words I can stall the turbo on command and belch enough smoke to make a mid sized car dissappear in my mirrors and thats at 20 mph!

Needless to say the protestors got a wiff of good old fashioned crude oil that I'm sure they wont forget.

I know I know It just adds fuel to their fire.

Sometimes enough is enough.

I digress... ...

Oh yeah then there was this time in the borderline coming back from Baja.

every now and then you'll get some a---hole trying to cut in and just being a big pain to everyone around.

Have you ever made your truck sort of lope by just slightly tapping the go pedal?

Well mine will sit there nice and quiet like it's supposed to be smokin a little...

This guy was breathing so much soot. The best part was it was summer time and he had to have his window rolled down without his A/C running.

My buddy that was sitting in the passenger seat of my truck during that smoke out purchased an 06 partially based of that smoking experiance.

I've been a Bad Boy.

Designer jeans, $125. 00. Ferrari, $68,000. Overfueling, priceless... .

With the cost of diesel these days, overfueling is far from priceless, its down right EXPENSIVE!!!!!! ;)

Now that I'm done being a wise guy... .

THAT WAS AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I live in Cali, grew up in SoCal so I can relate when those that think they don't stink inject themselves into everyone's else's daily business with no consideration for others. Hopefully it was Rosie O'Donnell in the Ferrari, but not likely... . now if it was Leno, he'd probably get a kick out of being smoked.

RMuffles, you absolutely rock!!! Yeah, it gives us a bad name, but screw them, right? I guess it's a lot more legal than just running them over... One just wonders who was in the Ferrari, and what will end up happening to those pictures being taken. Keep the throttle down and the smoke a pourin!!!

In your part of the world I'll be

surprised if you don't get a letter from the appropriate folks asking you to have the vehicle tested - and that guy with the $$$$ car just may have the connections and $$$$ to make your life fun for awhile - but it would have been fun to have been there... ...

Ya know, If they have pictures of your truck smoking out a crowd,

Keep in mind a crowd J-Walking, a crowd that is impeeding the flow of traffic. This crowd could also be charged with demonstration with out getting the proper permits, that's arrestable I hear. What else could there be?

Basicly, you had the green light and the right of way, But yeah, your legally supposed to stop for people in your way. So if they pull this crap about your smoke trail and you get fined for all of this, make sure you turn right around to the accusers and ensure they all get fined/tickets/whatever for being in the middle of the street. Taking freaking pictures (like that's "productive" for society).

Going a bit over hte edge here, but actions to be considered only if you get stuff int he mail about it.

And besides, if you smoke like you say you do, how would it be possible to get a glimps of you plate?

not to take away from the main story that was just awesome but i really want say good job on smoking those liberals i had the opertunity to do it only they where on all four coners and i was making a turn took off in second mashed it as soon as the turbo started spooling i shifted and hammerd down thro the coner and smoked at least half the intersection. good job on getting those boys and to the original story good job w. that too who cares about bad press when they do **** like that.

The only time I do it on purpose is when someone gets right on my butt at a stoplight or something... to the point where all I see is there car antenna from my rear view.

I did it pretty bad in Moab trailering the Jeep. We were in town waiting at a light. I got on it pretty good, without thinking about the smoke. Well just so happened to be a white Volvo parked like 3 feet from my tailpipe.

My friends behind me told me later at the campsite that I had made the whole car disappear. I didn't even realize that I had done it, and I felt kinda bad for whoever owned that car. Whoops! I wish they had taken a pic though :D
