2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission blowing ignition run fuse

had a buddy come up today put 3000 gove springs in it set timing and a aplate. he drove truck about two hrs. (1hr home and some running around) now every time he hits the key it pops the ignition run fuse under the hood. ?? any ideas what all is on this fuse. ??

what size fuse? cover is marked for gassers at 20A, but crossed out to 25A for the diesel. I did start my truck with the 20A ok, but changed it out the next day. Sounds like a higher amp draw than normal, check & clean wire connections for the starter solenoid circuit & relay connections, etc.

well we figured it out was the starter.
