Archived Blown clutch disk

Tranmission tried to freeze up, and engine said no and blew up clutch disk. Had 13 1. 25 south bend and am going to switch to 1 3/8 trans. can I use the flywheel from 1. 25 with disk and pressure plate from1 3/8 without changing center of flywheel?????? Sure stopped the truck. 99 6sp edge, boost and 275 injectors.

It should just be a different pilot bearing,if that. The differece is in the splines. My advice would be to get a new flywheel/clutch combo. I paid $800 for a con OFE and so far love it. I had already ordered mine, but Browns Diesel(TDR member) said they could match or beat any price.

thanks-----blew up a con OFE, but flywheel is fine so I want to reuse it since there was only 15000 on clutch combo . On my way to MInn

got a transmission put in (1 3/8) and clutch and pressure plate----will hit the road again tomorrow
