well I got it replaced last night and now the truck doesn't take as long to cool down, so if your truck is taking abnormally long to cool down start looking for loose hose connections and blown gaskets-I didn't remove any fuel lines but did remove some of the keepers and loosend the others, it's a tight squeeze against the radiator but it can be done without damage-chris

Just a reminder, if the intake bolts are not torqued properly this can happen, especially on the grid heater gasket. It's worth the few minutes it takes to do the job.
