2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Blowout holes??

Going to paint on the Noise Killer this afternoon. My son was telling me that he read on the Ford Lightning site that there are holes in the cab that should never be covered up when sound proofing as they are to relieve the pressure if your airbags go off. Does anyoneknow if our rams have any such thing? Suppossedly if there is no vent and the airbags go off it blows out both ear drums. Not fun. I've had an eardrum replaced and still can't hear out of that ear. I was thinking about filling some of the cavities with foam.

Our vents are on the lower rear of the door frame with a grill over them. Not sure where the outlet is but I wouldn't want to cover it. It would also make your heater A/C not work as well.

I'm not sure about blowing out ear drums, but different manufacturers do different things for ventilation. Ford intentionally designs air leaks into the door panels to promote airflow when the Heater/AC fan is turned off. GM runs the fan at all times to promote airflow. It should not be too hard to pressurize the cab and find "air leaks" to the exterior.
