Pullrite Superglide Hitch Failure!!!

I have several points on my RV that un-capped and than I install an air line to my system... once the lines drain out.. I turn the air on to 40 psi and let it run until all the water is out.... I turn on the water pump and make sure its clear of water.... I also remove the drain on the water heater... and if necessary, replace the sacrificial anode... instead of buying a RV specific anode I purchase an anode for a home hot water heater... I cut it to length... and set it aside until I water up the RV....

I cover my RV and install a heater on a thermostat set at 50*F

Once the water tank, water lines and water heater are drained I reinstall the plug on the water heater and close the line drain valves. Before I apply air pressure to the water inlet I open the faucet farthest from the water inlet and apply pressure until just air comes out. Then I open the faucet next to it and close the first faucet. Repeat with all the faucets, and don't forget the toilet, or the outside shower if you have one. It takes two people, and little time. Drain the gray water and black water tanks. Reopen the line drain valves.

Do you have a filter on the air line? to filter out the oily contaminates? blow only filtered air in to your water system.
