With the Blue chip and stage 3 injectors would it be advisable to add dd timing box?Or would the benifical qualities of Diesel Dynamics box be lost, since the new blue chip box has little things covered for instance already having a boost fooler, and adding fuil as boost builds up.

Paul... you can verify this with Blue Chip, but I believe it would be beneficial due to the slight timing change the other box would give. Blue Chip does not change timing to my knowledge.

The Blue Chip box is plenty adjustable, so fueling would be almost a nonfactor. Timing enhancement would be interesting.

Rob I kind of expected you to be the one responding to my question. With all the toys you have on that truck, and not having a timing box in the setup, figured you thought you wouldn't gain anything with one.
I know your very happy with the dd3's and blue chip.
I just thought maybe a timing box would help out in the low end when haulling some serious weight (one of the trailers I'm hopping to haul once in a while is 20,000lbs loaded with a Backhoe). I did read somewhere a blue box or was it a Power Max with a VA shure works nice together, there was almost twice the gain using the VA with a fuiling box than by it self.

Why didn't you bother to get Big RED dynoed at the last Dyno Days in October? Would of liked to have seen some numbers. I'll look out for you this April!

Paul... actually, I have been researching the timing thing. I am wondering if a bit of timing change would help keep EGTs down some more. And is the difference worth the price of about 500+ dollars.
