blue chips pump cover plate

anybody have the tool for the screws that hold on the pump cover plate on the vp44, got one of the blue chips covers to hook up my pm3 comp, and i cant get the screws off. the screw looks like a security head torx bit(with the little nub in the center) however, there are only 5 sides, instead of the six a torx head has. oh well, i will try to get a hold of bluechips in the am or next week, im sure they have them (i hope), anyway if anyone has a source let me know. thanks

The torx with the nub in the center is called a "tamper proof torx". You can get those special torx bits from any Snap on or Mac vendor.

I bought my tamper proof torx set from Napa, I have also seen them in a couple of True Value hardware stores. True Value was cheaper by a ton and they sold them individually. Good luck.

guys, i know you can get tamper proof torx bits from snap on mac or napa, i have a set, what i am saying is this is not tamper proof torx. the torx bits have six points (plus the nub in the middle on the tamper proof), these bolts only have 5 points. ever seen anything like this. blue chips is closed today, i will call them tomorrow.
