Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) blue smoke possible smarty timing ?

okay, truck started to smoke blue on light accel and cruising around 20mph. but will clear with heavier throttle.

also truck in neutral hit the throttle light will produce light blue at times. this is normaly when truck isnt all the way warmed up. I took off smarty software to see if its less it is alittle less. but will still show up with TST on 0. I checked my new HTB2 no oil everything tight. checked AFE not to dirty. new fuel filter. oil-dip stick no milkshake yet, radiator still looks bright green?????? is this timing maybe, vp finally going after 130k miles no codes thrown no performance issues. withing 3000 miles ago the truck got a TST pm3, smarty, HTB2 con ofe, and a valve adjustment.

truck never did this prior to any of this. any help will be great.

sounds like it may be valve stem oil seals... or a head gasket is possible also... . i don't think the smarty or the TST would have anything to do with it.
