Calling VW TDI owners

Just bought a 2014 dodge dart. I really like this car, but the uconnect bluetooth is already haywire. Sometimes it take pushing the phone button 6 or 7 times or more for it to start working. Same with the voice recog. button. Going thru the menu on the voice recognition, it just turns off. Happens sometime when making a bluetooth phone call.

Anyone else have this kind of problem with a 2014 chrysler product ? Ram, charger, 300, etc ?

Did you check if you have the latest software version? On my 2014 dodge, I just got the 4.2 something and some things are working better. IF you ever get "her" to actually respond to your question {instead of I Don't Recognize That}let me know how you did it. It is a pain to have to pull off the road to get things activated. hugs, Di

Thanks,
Yes, it is the current sw version. Im taking it to the dealer next week. Just wondered if others have had this problem as well.

Which radio do you have? My 2014 Challenger has the base model with the uconnect and ipod controls. With my last phone, a Motorola Defy running android 2.3, it worked fine but now with my MotoX with Android 4.3, the uconnect will start a phone call and then after two rings, the voice command says the call is complete but the phone is still calling. The same phone works fine in my wife's Ford using Microsoft Sync.

I think its called uconnect 200. Anyway, it is the radio that does not have the back up camera. For the most part, bluetooth seems to work ok with my phone. But it drops out while going thru the menus on the VR button.
